The volume is too low when singing karaoke. What should I do?

Try increasing the gain on your speaker or audio system to boost the output volume.
The microphone produces feedback or a howling sound. How can I fix it?

Move the microphone farther away from the speaker or adjust the speakerâs angle so it does not face the microphone directly. You can also slightly lower the speaker volume to reduce feedback.
The vocals sound unclear. How can I improve the sound quality?

Reduce the low-frequency (bass) levels and slightly increase the mid and high frequencies on your sound system. Recommended to hold the microphone approximately 5cm away from your mouth.
What should I do if the microphone connection is unstable?

Try unscrewing the rear connector and switching to another available channel to obtain a more stable connection.
What should I do if the receiver cannot be powered on?

Make sure you are using the original power adapter and that the receiver is properly powered. Then press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the receiver.
